StampEzee provides a holistic solution for four distinct types of users: Super Admin, Retailer, Sub-Admin, and Customer, each of whom has tailored features to meet their specific requirements. The platform is developed using modern web and mobile technologies, offering both a web panel and mobile app for different user roles.

    Availing a Stamp During Purchase with QR Code

    Sub-Admin Stamp Scanning Statistics and Activity

    Sub-admins have access to branch-specific statistics from the home screen.

    • Sub-admins can view statistics on the number of stamps scanned with filters for "This Week," "This Month," "This Year," and "Total Stamps."
    • A detailed history of recent scans is available for easy reference.
    • This feature helps sub-admins track their scanning activity and performance over time.

    Subscription-Based Payment Integration:

    Integrating a subscription model with dynamic package upgrades/downgrades, add-ons, and discounts while ensuring a smooth user experience across multiple currencies was a major challenge.

    Real-Time Notifications

    Delivering real-time notifications, especially location-based ones, required efficient use of Socket.io and FCM to maintain low latency and ensure timely delivery.

    Scalability

    Handling multiple users and retailers, each with potentially multiple branches, required the backend to be robust and scalable, with efficient database management to handle a growing number of transactions.

    Localization

    Supporting multiple languages and currencies in a seamless way across both web and mobile apps was complex, requiring a well-structured approach to localization.
